Returns

Any unused and unopened product purchased on our website can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of receiving it. Any product sent back that does not meet these standards may be discarded and not refunded. Initial and return shipping cost may be deducted from refund, please ask customer service representative while initiating a return. Orders over 10 lb. may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are ineligible for a refund. Merchandise must be in original packaging and original condition. To initiate a return, you must contact us first at help@beaverwoodcare.com. If a mistake was made with your order, we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Shipping Delays

Please note that weather, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, slow customs clearance, and other unforeseen circumstances can delay shipments, even when expedited. Shipping delays are outside of our control.
